Our tours start and finish
at major towns and cities. These destinations can all be
reached by air and some are important air travel hubs for
Africa. Note that none of our tours of Mozambique start
within that country.
Depending on the tour you choose you may start and finish
in the same city. Arranging a return flight in and out of
that destination is then a simple procedure. But some of
the tours cover great distances. Your start and finish points
may be thousands of kilometres and many countries apart.
In this case you may need to arrange additional flights
within Africa or book an international flight arriving in
one destination but departing from another.

All tours leave their departure
city on the first morning of the tour, and finish in the afternoon
on the last day. The start and finish cities are interesting
in their own right; remember to make some time to explore these
before or after your tour. Some of them warrant just a couple
of days to see the main sights whereas others, such as Cape
Town, require more like a week to be able to fit everything
in. We have lots of information on these destinations, such
as what there is to see and do, how to get there, how to get
around, what the weather will be like, where you can change
money, and where you can eat and drink. Our consultants can
also arrange pre and post tour accommodation in each of these
cities as well as airport transfers.
