    Day 1: Feeding the Cats in Windhoek

    Upon your arrival in Windhoek, you’ll be picked up and transferred to the N/a’ankuse Lodge. In the afternoon, if you arrive early enough, take the opportunity to view the afternoon feeding of the large predators who have been adopted by the lodge. Enjoy a delicious dinner at the lodge as you overlook the city.

    Days 2-3: Searching for Cats in Etosha

    Begin your journey, after breakfast, to the famous Etosha National Park via the town of Otjiwarango and a brief stop.  Continue after the stop to the national park, and spend the afternoon on a game drive visiting the nearby water holes . Arrive at the Halali Lodge inside the park just before sunset. 

    The next day, leave the lodge at dawn and commence your morning game drive, stopping at several water holes in search of elephants, lions, cheetahs, rhinos.

    For a few hours over lunch, relax by the pool at the Halali Camp as your guide prepares a delicious meal before heading out in the mid-afternoon for a second game drive. At sunset you’ll return to your lodge for a relaxing evening around the fire. On day 3, you will exit the park and drive to your lodge for the night.

    Day 4: Relaxing in Swakopmund

    Following breakfast in the early morning, make your way to the adventure capital, Swakopmund. Arriving in the afternoon, the rest of the day will be yours to enjoy and explore this quaint little town.

    Day 5: Travelling through the Namib Desert

    The morning will be free for you to organise an optional activity for yourself. Maybe you’d like to visit the Aquarium, wander the streets getting a nice coffee at one of the many cafes, or if you want to get a rush, book a quad biking excursion into the sand dunes. 

    Around noon, you’ll leave Swakopmund behind and travel through the Namib desert to Sesriem and the Naukluft Mountains. Enjoy a short walk, in the late afternoon, to watch a spectacular sunset as the sun drop over the mountains.

    Day 6: Watching the Sun Rise at Sossusvlei

    A pre-dawn wake up has you entering the Namib-Naukluft National Park to the Sossusvlei and the world’s highest sand dunes. Notice how as the sun rises these red sand dunes turn into shades of orange and apricots. Explore the distinct area on foot as you make your way to the Dead Vlei – a cracked clay pan with skeletal camel thorn trees.

    After the walk about, return to the truck and drive back to the lodge via the impressive Dune 45. Take the opportunity to climb this massive sand dune that rises nearly 300m. Once back at the lodge, wander out again to catch your last Namibian sunset.

    Day 7: Returning to Windhoek

    Start your way back to Windhoek after breakfast, via the town of Bullsport and Rehoboth, arriving around the lunch hour. Your tour ends upon your arrival to Windhoek either at your accommodation or the airport.
