From July to October one million
wildebeest and 200 000 zebra move from the plains of the Serengeti
across the croc-filled river to new pastures in the Masai Mara.
Lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena and vultures follow in their wake,
relying on the huge herd for food.
At Lake Nakuru, the algae-soaked waters attract thousands of pink
flamingos and pelicans.
