“OMG Leisha what an amazing trip!

 

What an amazing trip! I loved every second of it. Yes, there were some rough and ready bits but what an experience.I have done safaris before so didn’t expect much new but I saw so many different species and behaviours.

 

The landscape was beautiful, the people so friendly and the wildlife epic! We trekked and saw gorillas, chimps, rhinos, shoebills, elephants, hippos, warthogs, antelopes and birds, as well as the tree-climbing lions. We even saw a gorilla still chewing on its new-born baby’s umbilical cord. How lucky were we! Such close encounters throughout.

 

The truck and guide were amazing. Hats off to Takalani for keeping such a mixed group’s spirits so high throughout. We bonded so well and made contacts for life. I can’t put into words how much I’ve enjoyed this trip and can’t recommend it more highly. I’ll never forget it and I’d love to do another tour!”
