Trek chimps in Uganda – Gorilla Encounter
Meet up with your tour in Kampala and head in the direction of The Murchison Falls National Park. The park is recognized as one of the best National Parks in Uganda.
We’ll also go on a trek through the Budongo forest, the biggest Mahogany forest found in the whole of East Africa in search of the chimps. This forest is home to the largest number of chimpanzees throughout Uganda.
Camp in the wild …. your Bots trip – Botswana Wildside
Botswana is considered Southern Africa’s premier game viewing destination. The remote wilderness, limited access for visitors and abundant game make for an exceptional wildlife safari.
5 day Private Moremi Salt Pans Experience in Botswana
The casual visitor to Botswana could be excused for seeing the country as kilometer upon kilometer of flat, desolate scrubland with little or no surface water.
However, to the north lies the magnificent Okavango waterway, with its green and fertile plains, flowing straight into the sea of sand, the Kalahari Desert, and creating a unique natural wonderland – home to a multitude of Africa’s Fauna and Flora.
Botswana Photographer Safari
The perfect safari for keen amateur photographers who want to do a safari with like-minded photographers. These safaris are led by one of our top photographic guides, who himself is a passionate photographer. Based on our very popular Northern Highlights safari, the itinerary ensures that you get the most out of each of the areas visited on this safari.
Masai Mara & Gorillas camping in Kenya & Uganda
We start in the capital of Nairobi and travel to the Masai Mara National Park, world renowned for its endless plains of wild animals and spectacular beauty. The rolling grasslands of the Masai Mara offer ideal game viewing and photographic opportunities.
We take in the spectacle of Lake Nakuru National Park – a great place to spot flamingos. We then cross into Uganda where you can explore Kampala or visit a Chimpanzee sanctuary.
After a visit to the Murchison Falls National Park we’ll head up to Budongo Forest, the biggest Mahogany forest found in East Africa and is home to the largest number of chimpanzees throughout Uganda. We will meet up with our chimp guide who will take us on our trek through the forest in search of the chimps. Our next stop is at Lake Bunyon where we prepare for the upcoming Gorilla trekking excursion.
